Directions

NIGHT CREAM FOR HANDS: Massage slowly in to hands and cuticles before bed, taking time to breathe in the sleep-inducing aromas

Avoid contact with eyes. As with all aromatherapy products, best to check with your midwife before using during pregnancy

AFTER DARK PILLOW MIST: Take the atomiser out of its velvet bag and unscrew the travel top from your bottle of LOVE After Dark Pillow Mist, attaching the atomiser in its place. Puff a gentle mist in to the air around your pillows and bed sheets to prepare for the perfect night's sleep
